  • We had water leaking from our drip system up through the ground. I did research and found these guys so we called them. I set an appointment time that worked best for us and they accommodated it. The time window was from 9am to 11 am. They sent out Robert F. He was there at about 9:30am. SO FAST! He could see right away where the leaks were, dug them up, explained to me what it was and repaired it. He was done by 10:05am. And that includes the time he took to explain everything about what he did and walked me through using our drip system panel. They have a minimum $40 trip charge, a minimum charge of $30 for the first half hour labor then whatever the cost for the parts is as well as any additional labor beyond the first half hour. Our total was $74. Though it is a lot for us, it was worth having a professional who did the job right the first time. So glad we found these guys. My roommate, who wasn't home when Robert came, was super happy and he said that Robert's is a number we will have to keep for all of the work we will have done in the future. Robert is the guy for the job, we wouldn't want anyone else to do it. The only thing I would've liked more about the company itself, is if they would offer quotes at no charge or a minimal charge that maybe could go towards the total charge if the quote is accepted. Plus the phone system when you call in is garbled which makes it difficult to communicate. Plus one of the girls I talked to there was very rude with me when I called to speak with a manager about how great Robert was.
