We had lunch at a Maison Boulud this week. It was an exceptional experience in every sense of the word. The service was in a class by itself. We had the two course offering: green salad and breem fish. It was the most elegant meal we had on this visit. The ingredients were superb, the preparation was truly world class. The Chardonnay I paired with fish was superb. Again, the service was an stand out.
This restaurant offered us the most elegant dining experience, and the second best meal-for the-price value on this trip, the first being Notkins. But lets remember, they are different experiences.
