First and foremost, this is one of the best customer service experiences in my 32 years of life. In the top five for sure! I'm huge on customer service because I am self employed in sales. I cracked my screen at 10 AM 3/24/15. I called in and scheduled an appointment for 12:30 PM. Alyssa who scheduled the appointment for me was an absolute sweetheart! I am visiting Charlotte for the first time and got lost. She guided me and was very patient. I thought I would have to reschedule but she assured me that they would take care of me when I arrived. After arriving 30 minutes late Alex was quick to greet me and repair my phone. I waited about five minutes for him to finish up with his current customer. 10-15 minutes later my phone looked brand spanking new. We conversed and laughed while he replaced my screen. The customer service experience is exactly what a person needs after cracking their dear Apple products! In conversation he told me how he got into the business and what he has enjoyed over the last five years. He operated like a PRO, was efficient, quick, and affordable. I like that he recycled the cracked screen too. I live in Atlanta but if I ever have this problem in Charlotte he has himself a client. I would highly recommend Charlotte iPhone repair!
