  • Doug Smith is one of the most genuine people you will ever meet! We were honored and blessed to have him and his team host the adoption reception for our daughter today at the Bourbon Cellar. He had a special menu, open house style for our group of about 65-75 people. His whole team was very gracious and happy to be a part of the day. It was a very social moment for our family and we will cherish this memory forever. Thank you Doug and Team! This is the best halibut outside of Alaska! You have to come here. The chef, Doug, is the nicest guy and will come out and have a conversation with you. He is passionate about bringing in the seafood fresh!!
