  • Not impressed. We booked this hotel to have a pool close by for my young nephew. It is listed as a hotel amenity. We arrived and are told it's under construction and we have to go next door- not convenient with a toddler! We were also charged exhorbitant extra fees of $150 that we're hidden by Priceline in the hotel taxes. After hours of talking and emailing with Priceline and the hotel, Priceline blames the hotel and the hotel blames Priceline, I am left in the middle and out the money. We asked the hotel for some type of reasonable compensation, like breakfast, they refused. update: cleaning service took one of the bathrobes and didn't replace it (a problem, because you get charged for it if it is missing), one of the towels they provided was filthy with what looked like hardened toothpaste, the tv is very small/cheap and the remote works poorly, and they only give you late checkout if you are an elite member. Not 4 star quality. I won't be staying here again and I recommend you don't either.
