  • I called on Sunday to have someone come out to fix my washer machine. I spoke to William and he said he can come the next day between 8-10am. Well I have been waiting since 8 am and he never showed up. I called around 11am to see if he was still coming and he said he won't be able to make it till a hour or two. I had errands to run so by 1:30pm he still wasn't here so I left. He finally called a quarter to 2pm and said he couldn't find my address on GPS. I was frustrated and told him forget it because I was home and I've been waiting all morning for him. I called Good Suppliance Repair and spoke to the owner and he told me he can come out by 3pm and he came right on time. I never use Zenon before and I won't be calling them in the future.
