  • Was in Vegas this weekend and stayed at the Mandalay Bay. Thought we would check out Rick Moonen's new hip goth restaurant. Cool Industrial Gothic decor Super friendly and nicely dressed wait staff Menu had some cool food choices, good size portions. We ordered RibEye, Kalbi flavored Skirt steak, seafood pasta, scallops, salmon (paella style seafood mix) (apologies for leaving out the fancy food descriptions) Prices were not cheap. Service was Great. Chef came out to check on us. They had a great dessert selection - highly recommend their choco s'mores dessert, tiramisu and cookies. Would return again. Kids were impressed! Kudos to Rick and his team, better than my service and food at RM Seafood downstairs.
