  • I keep getting screwed over by Jiffy Lube (read my previous review about the location on Stephanie). This time they tried to scam me! The repairman asked me if I wanted to change my filter as he presented me with an air filter that was orange and absolutely filthy. The thing looked like it was dripping in oil. I told him 'no' knowing that I would do it myself, especially if it was that dirty. He asked me, "are you sure? Your filter is very dirty." I declined. I went over to AutoZone and bought a new filter. I took mine out of my car and noticed it was yellow and not even close to being as dirty as the one shown to me at this Jiffy Lube location! It wasn't even the same size. The Hispanic guy who works there seems to be running a scam of sorts. If you go here and are shown a dirty air filter, ask them to show you that it was actually the one that was taken from your car. I do not know why I keep giving these places second and third chances. I am officially done with this company for good!
