  • Visited once before in 2015 for laser lipo on tummy wasn't impressed,(session aged my skin on area and was uncomfortable heat from laser) Now under new ownership I was invited back to try again. Since it's same laser I chose my derrière area. There was some confusion when I arrived since I'd rescheduled and did not receive email or text confirmation of second appointment but the receptionist and esthetician graciously squeezed me in after a short wait. The waiting room and treatment rooms are very comfortable and clean. The receptionist was very nice and offered beverage while I filled out paperwork. Before treatment began the esthetician said derrière was considered 2 areas but agreed to doing just the lower butt and thighs since I was concerned to use the laser anywhere else. The esthetician was much better and skilled than previous visit. While the heat of laser was as I remembered because of her technique treatment was not as unpleasant as before (just one brief moment of actual burning which she soothed quickly) and there was actually visible improvement immediately after. My area was firmer and more toned, even removing a small wrinkle fold I had underneath my cheek. However post treatment the area was sensitive sometimes to the point of discomfort for rest of day. I am also an esthetician and think for my younger age and concerns being more preventive it's not the right laser for multiple sessions for me cause I still prefer the cooler (less strong)lasers. I would recommend Pearl to people tho since I think it's a trustworthy place which is so important for any medical spa and if I'm ever looking for services they offer I would go again!
