  • New owners/new staff. Terrible food. Used to be our go to spot for Chinese in the entire East valley when named "Chen's Chinese Bistro." Now the same terrible tasting fare as served in the cheapest/ lowest quality Chinese restaurants. Although the menu is mostly similar, the recipes are not the same.
