  • I bought a brand new Ford Explorer and damaged the door. I got a couple of quotes and Jose was able to explain to me why it costs more to fix than a normal white paint job. The paint color is Pearl White, which is a tricoat process. They were able to match the color perfectly and gave me a great price to do the work. Every time I called Jose was there to answer the call and was up front with timing on when it would be done. He let me know exactly where things were in the process and they let me pick up the car on a Saturday when they are actually closed. I would recommend Elwood to anybody that wants great quality work at a reasonable price. I was very happy with the outcome.
