Back in May 2013 my apartment was broken into a few days after requesting a maintenance repair. The only items stolen were expensive professional photography equipment that Martin, the maintenance man, came into contact with. After the burglary occurred there was no forced entry and no one besides my parents had a copy of the apartment keys. My roommate and I complained to the property manager (Joe) about the break in being an inside job and he just brushed off our concern.
It's only until now that I could bring myself to write this review because of all the drama that I was dragged through in order to see my burglar, Jordan Phong Nguyen/Martin's partner, brought to justice. Through diligent work, my boyfriend and I were able to catch the burglar as he sold my stolen property and eventually convinced his sentencing judge to give him the maximum sentence.
Watch out for Martin (tall, white, bald), if he is still employed there, and Jordan Phong Nguyen (his partner/pictured). If you cannot afford to live anywhere else, please hide ALL your valuables in an area inaccessible to the maintenance crew.
