I always use enterprise because it's close to my house and I've always had good customer service. Everyone is always nice and friendly and they always keep you updated about your car. I don't know what happened today, or if someone was having a bad day, but they just lost a customer. I can say this part is actually my fault because I should've been paying attention when I was looking at my funds on my credit card and I was just shy of $2 for the 300 and again it was my fault. So, I called them and tried to explain to them and the first lady was nice and tried to transfer me to someone that could help me and the phone hung out. I called again and THEN DAVID! answered the phone and cut me off when I was trying to explain and I said I'm sorry I don't know why I did that and then he goes " Yeah I don't know why you did that either" excuse me? So, then he talks talking to me like I was stupid, asking me questions like your name is on the card right? it is a credit card right? I just told him it was a credit card! and if he looked at my record he could see I rent from them all the time! I don't know what his problem was but he needs to find a job that doesn't annoy him.
