  • The staff bent backwards for me. I really appreciated it. My dog started to pee blood while we were across town at the dog park. So we started speeding to make it to our normal vet (South Buffalo Animal Hospital). I arrived 10 minutes before closing, and they were going to charge me additional $148 because I came in while they were closing. I turned around and went to Blue Diamond Animal Hospital and they were very quick and caring to my poor dog. They were very professional and helped us out a lot and did not charge us with unnecessary things. They even needed to send a sample to the lab but the driver already took his rounds. They called the driver to turn around to pick up my dogs sample. Wow, great service right there!!! Thank you Blue Diamond!
