I was rear-ended coming of the 202 and luckily the person who hit me had State Farm Insurance as well. I filed the claim and received a list of shops. I did not want to take it to a dealer bodyshop and one who only specialized in body repair. I actually selected Caliber based upon agreements with State Farm, Yelp reviews, and distance to my house.
I called to let them know State Farm sent a claim over and what the next steps were. They were very friendly on the phone and got me over to someone who was able to schedule me in for an estimate. I brought my car in and received a written estimate explained by their wonderful service advisor Brandon, what would need to be done initially and around how long it would take. I had some paint scrape from an unrelated incident that was minor that I inquired about a cash quote for it. Brandon was very polite and let me know that they would attempt to buff it out as a courtesy.
On Monday, I brought my car over and dropped it off. They called Hertz down the road and had a car over to pick me up for my rental. On Tuesday I received an email from Brandon indicated that they were finishing it up and it should be finished on Wednesday.
On Wednesday I received an email indicating that they had finished and the car was ready for pickup. I went over to Caliber to see my pride and joy in the parking lot ready to go. Brandon and I reviewed the vehicle and signed paperwork and I was on my way. I noticed that they went the extra mile and not only washed by detailed the inside of my car as well (super awesome of them!).
Caliber has won me over with their customer service and backed it up with the workmanship that they have done. They get an A+ in my book and deserve a well written Yelp review for outstanding service.
