rev:text	Went to this store to fill a script. It was myself, my husband and our 16 month old baby. Pharmacy said it would b 40 mins wait so we decided to shop while we waited. We already grabbed diapers and wipes and set them in our stroller we needed stuff for dinner also and didnt have room in the stroller so i went to grab a cart with my baby. My husband followed behind to put the stuff in the cart. I went out the 1st set of doors and got a cart...while i was wiping it down and strapping our baby in i hear my husband saying im not stealing im getting a cart...he was surrounded by store security and undercover loss prevention guys. They could see me right there getting the cart just like he said...its not like he made a dash and tried to leave the store. They hauled him to the office threatened to call the police and ultimately banned him from the store...all this for just wanting to get a cart to shop more. I would think the theft prevention specialists would have looked at the situation at hand and been able to determine that we weren't a band of thieves just a family tryna shop. Honestly it was embarrassing extremely inconvenient and i sure didn't appreciate all this in front of my 16 month old baby. When i tried to talk with the store manager all she said was oh i dont have anything to do with them and what they do or say. After all was said an done i got the meds from the pharmacy and then grabbed more diapers and wipes, stood in line just for the loss prevention guys to come and say im not allowed to buy diapers & wipes...wth??? I didnt do anything...Frys Food if u happen to read this...as a loyal customer for at least 15 years...i truly felt harassed and degraded and if its at all possible i will be taking our shopping to Walmart unless we can get a formal apology and notice that this incident was addressed and rectified internally. I also contacted customer service 1-800 number, FB reviewed and Google reviewed this horrible expirence.
