  • Made an appointment the day before was sent the email that confirmed the appointment. That morning I was offered an on call shift at work. I told my work I could only work until 0200 to be able to make it to my appointment. When arrived they had no record of my appointment. Even though I had text a message confirmation and email confirmation. I get things happen but was very upset I left an on call shift early which is time and a half. Cost me big money. The girls all were very rude, and took no responsibility . All she said was there's like four of us all booking appointments at the same time. It's time to look into a receptionist. It's to bad cause I was checking this place out for me and four others whom I work with.
