I would give 0 stars if I could. They sold me a truck that has been in countless times for a vibration that they tell me is normal. When I test drove the truck and mentioned the vibration the salesman told me it was tire flat spotting and it would go away and/or be fixed under warranty. Now in the middle of a BBB Lemon Law claim. I'm upset that GM rolled this truck off the line and many more like it, but I'm more upset that the dealership hasn't resolved the issue. I also find it cute that the salesmen keep calling asking if I am in the market for a new vehicle. I've literally been told my truck "meets spec". You can check out ThisTruckSucks.com and judge for yourself if you consider this a normal characteristic of a truck that you spent $45,000 on. GM and Van Buick have also been provided access to all of this evidence, that's the beauty of truth, it speaks for itself. The dealership can say or do whatever they want, GM can ignore me all they want, but the truth is what the truth is.
