  • First American sent them out to do ac repair since my secondary drain line was putting out water indicating an issue... first trip they say they cleaned the primary and all is well...starts leaking 2 days later again...same tech comes and fixes the issue saying our drain pan was installed incorrectly. I say thanks and think all is well... Well I go to the attic and find their "repair"... the cut the damn secondary line out...as in cut the pipe that leads to the emergency drain in my garage so it now longer functions and if it did now, it will leak all over my attic. Insist first American not send them out... all this after their tech guy tells me he's a vet too and thanks me for my service...
