  • i visited this store yesterday with my mom to see if they had a loaner phone while samsung fixed moms cell phone . They did not loan phones out. but our sales assistant Diana our sales assistant was aware of specials that made our day. she took the time to review her existing plan and told her she could save her some money by adjusting her plan. she was very helpful and provided us with some great deal options. she knew her stuff,she was nice, and helpful. then the Super Tech Luis M. got involved and fixed the two problems so she didnt have to be phoneless and send it to samsung he then spent alot of time figuring out our forgotten passwords and transferring contacts from my old carrier to the new phone i ended up with on a family plan. All the while very courteous and made us feel like they really cared about our business and took their time. we got hooked up.
