  • The level of service I received at Sash & Bustle was truly impressive. While I ultimately ended up purchasing my gown at a shop in my hometown of Ottawa, I wanted to write this review mainly to commend my consultant Veronica. Veronica is just WONDERFUL to work with! I had something very specific in mind, and Veronica was a great listener - ready to go the distance to help me find my dream dress. I came back for two separate appointments, and she even remembered the details of what I had been looking for. She is wonderful at her job - highly knowledgeable of her stock, easy-going and fun. Anyone would be lucky to have her assisting them throughout the process of finding a gown. And finally, the dresses at S&B are just gorgeous. Beautiful, contemporary styles - nothing really compares to it in Toronto. They've got a niche cornered and they truly excel at the unique product and experience they offer.
