  • I used this location for a virtual mailbox. The owner Sean charged me for discarded mail and claimed that I requested scans when I did not. He actually walked me through the process of deleting these unwanted pieces of mail from their system for no charge. He then charged me two dollars for each piece of discarded mail and claims that I requested scans of these when he showed me how to discard them at no charge on their system
