  • I bought a set of All Clad pots and pans from William Sonoma several years ago. Several friends had recommended their products. Recently the surface of the 9 inch non stick frying pan had begun to peel and crack. I called William Sonoma and they referred me to the All Clad website and informed me of All Clad's replacement policy. One the site you can submit an email question but there is no customer service phone number to call. I emailed them the details and problem with the pan and they sent me a postage slip. After sending the pan in early February I heard nothing at all until today when I received the same pan shipped back to me with no explanation. This must rate as exceptionally poor customer service. They have lost a customer forever! Hello All Clad, we pay a high price for your products because we believe they will last or that you will replace them. if you don't keep your end of the bargin and don't communicate with me then you are a fraud!
