  • The amount of people that are cramped in that office at 7:30 am for an appointment is way too annoying , you have to wait an hour even though you booked an appointment to drop your pet off and you still had to drag your butt off early as hell just to go in into a loud crowded room with not enough seating , they should really organize there appointments better because its ridiculous...most of the ladys were nice and explained everything well..the lady on the phone was rude ,her tone said it all. Prices are cheaper then most so thats the only pro worth coming here.
