  • I stayed here 3 nights at this new location. I believe they have been open 3-4 months. I love the decor, which is cutting edge and tasteful with a bright color and design theme. Front desk staff is exceptional, efficient and very courteous. The property is exceptionally clean, the fitness center is very good with a good selection of cardio, and dumbbells. The Xyz lounge has high top seating as well as lounge chairs with good high energy tunes playing at a volume that is not intrusive on your conversation. There is plenty of outdoor seating however the temps outside are unrelenting at this time of year. The sleeping rooms are awesome, huge beds, bright colors and high quality amenities in the bathrooms. There are plenty of outlets for devices to stay charged up. The wi-if is 5G it is pumping out the capacity at a high speed and it's FREE! I requested a fridge for left overs and it was delivered in short order and worked great, plus it was new as well. Wonderful area to walk around with plenty of restaurants and clubs, huge mall nearby. Only item to address is possibly turning down the music at night, I was on the 4th floor and heard it while I worked away. My room had a balcony with was excellent to step out for some fresh air. I will be returning to Phoenix area for more meetings and will definitely stay at this property
