  • The staff is friendly but every repair I've had there I've had issues with. About 2 years ago I had a clutch replaced on a 2004 Toyota Corolla and just 1 month ago the clutch started to slip and needed replaced AGAIN with less than 25,000 miles on it. Just this year I had my 4runner in for exhaust noise and they told me it was my heat shield and then proceeded to up sell a brake repair on the truck. A few days after getting the truck back, the noise started again and I took it to NTB only to find out the entire exhaust system had rusted out. How do you miss something that huge!?!
