  • Ever since my boyfriend & I got our bike this has been the only place we shop! For almost 3 months now we've been unable to ride because somehow we keep ending up with the wrong sprocket. It's been nothing but cycle gear blaming the vendor & making excuses for their mistakes. Each time the sprocket was reordered we were never notified when it arrived at their store, my boyfriend Dakota always had to call. The entire process is taking exceedingly longer than it needs to & after all this time we're still unable to ride & this is my boyfriends only means of transportation. We have been so patient & all they could do was give us a $25 gift card to spend at their store for our inconvenience. I cannot begin to express our frustration, especially since this is the best their DM could do for us. We've been loyal customers to this location for over a year & have spent thousands of dollars here. Gear & parts are expensive, $25 to spend there is laughable. Extremely disappointed. Will never be spending our time or money here again.
