rev:text	For the love of all that is holy DO NOT rent from this company. I was directed here from a 3rd party site and saved "maybe" $50-100 but it was totally not worth it. We had to take two shuttles from the airport just to get there. The only reason I would give 1 and not ZERO stars is because the shuttle driver was nice. Clint, a customer service rep, was there training a young woman in and it was the blind leading the blind. First of all, he was flirting with me the entire time and it was extremely inappropriate as others were waiting and my husband was in the other room. He offers to give me an upgrade if I purchased their extra car insurance. I declined and made it very clear I had purchased online insurance, had my own primary insurance and ALSO had it through my credit card company. He continued to try and convince me, "educate" me and make jokes such as 'you don't mind if I drink on the job, do you? (As he sipped orange beverage out of a water bottle). Zero respect for customer service. He then charged me $98 and walked us out the the vehicle. Continued on to ask me for my original booking number and decided he had under charged me. When I told him it as his error and we had to go, he said "well you ain't get this rental then" and took the keys out of the car. Then he brought me BACK to the service desk and had to redo my entire booking to charge me the correct amount. Throughout all of this he never apologized. Moral of the story, NEVER go here. Use a major car rental company at the main rent-a-center. Save yourself!
