  • First time at this establishment. The person who took my items was very nice. My order was ready in a timely manner. However, the job was not done professionally. I dropped off 5 pair of long uniform pants. I asked for the pants to be laundered, heavy starch and creased. When I looked at the pants the next day, all the pants had double creases both in the front and back. It seems they totally ignored the existing creases and created new ones. I sent the owner a picture and he agreed it was unacceptable, not up to their standards and that they would fix it. He replied right away which was good. It's a been over a week now since my last email on Jan. 19 asking if I should bring the pants back in. I haven't heard back and I'm not comfortable going there in person. My concern is that he admitted there was a problem and then chose not to do anything about it. I definitely will not use their services again.
