  • If I could give more stars, I would. My mother in law needed a new laptop, and she was firmly interested in a Windows machine (not Apple). I took her to the Scottsdale Fashion Square Microsoft store, and their customer service was incredible. Jeanne (store team member) helped us with our purchase and honored the 10% discount for educators - which was a welcome savings. Then, she took the time to unbox the laptop and completely configure the system and install Office 365. The process took the better part of an hour, and the only thing that mattered during our time in the store was taking care of our needs. Before we left, signed up for in-store classes to so mom could learn how to take advance of the new laptop features. This service exceeded expectations on every level. Never felt rushed. Honestly - I will refer everyone I know to this location.
