  • Came in because I was having severe back pain and my primary care doctor couldn't see me soon enough. I wish I had just gone to an ER instead. The woman working the front desk was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Once I had my vitals taken I waited about 40 minutes before I was even seen by anyone else. Then once the doctor did see me, he said to just use a heating pad for my back pain (which I have been using the past few days with no relief, and I told him) and to quit my serving job because "you can't serve when you're old"... im 24. This pain was caused by a car accident that happened several months ago, not from waiting tables (which I also made sure to tell the nurse and the doctor). I found that advice extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, unwarranted, and rather disrespectful. Left the clinic still in a great deal of pain, with no real solution for relief. I will absolutely never be back here for healthcare
