  • After quite literally THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER with Sears- my husband went to Spencer's in dire need of a laundry center. We hadn't done laundry in 2 weeks. Within 22 hours we were doing laundry!!! Ray and Rick took great care of us. They listened to our situation, asked questions about the size of the space... A doublestack in a closet on the 3rd floor... And had delivery the next day. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I don't know if the good reviews don't get posted but this store got it right by us!! Delivery team was polite and didn't complain at all. Thank you! Update review: we ended up purchasing a new house that needed another washer dryer. Once again Ray at spencers in Mesa made it happen and was fast and easy. Calling it the Ray easy button! I can't send off great things about this place.
