Kind of a bummer when the first thing you see after placing your order is the lady reaching for a huge pre-sealed bag of mass-produced hush puppies in the freezer. I could get that at Costco. Needless to say, those weren't great. The fish and chips did seem to be breaded and battered fresh from a station in the kitchen. The two pieces of fish are served on a huge bed of seasoned fries. The seasoning didn't really work for me... I would have preferred just a straight-up type of steak fry. I experienced major inconsistencies between the two pieces of fish. One was very thin with more breading and batter than actual fish. The other was a thicker piece of fish and absolutely delicious. Overall, a solid value for the strip in Vegas.
