I went to this canadian tire to buy a water safety vest for my son. It took a staff member 45 minutes to search on their ancient DOS computer- which resulted in no information that was of any use to us. All we wanted was a price on an item that had no tag or anything on it. We asked if could speak to the manager and we were told that they were busy. Finally after several minutes one of the staff priced the item and gave us a slip to pay at the cash. It would have been helpful if the person on cash knew how to ring in the item. They could have also reduced the price for making us wait over an hour!!
This experience is a stark contrast to what we experienced at the old Kerr street store. When we wanted to buy a tool box, the wrong price was still up and the Canadian Tire store gave us the item for free.
