| - The tech, Derek, was great, very professional. There was a problem as the window did not match the tint of other Windows and this is an insurance claim, safe lite handles the claims for my insurance company. The first person at customer service was clueless how to help, the second said she was a Manager but could not help. She said she would get the executive resolution team or something, this person, Lisa, could not help or figure it out and said we needed to speak to the tech or install department. Mel, was rude, partially knowledgeable on how we would resolsve the tint issue with insurance, but made excuses as "this is a call center with 200 employees." Said that , "the field tech should know that." When I said it seems to me nobody there knows how to do shit, she hung up. Derek was great, but enough incompetence and rudeness to ensure I never use them again.
