  • Family had an appointment at 1030 to get pictures done. When we arrived about 15 minutes before the appointment, we were told they had about 6 families ahead of us and it would probably be about two hours. Whats the point of an appointment??? They overbook and not very willing to work with you or explain anything. We didnt stay. We left immediately. Other families were also not happy because they were in the same situation.
