  • Super clean hotel. Guessing it's a newer property due to how clean it is. I would give 5 stars, but upon arrival, walked into the lobby to a line at check in. Not a big deal, but as I stand and wait 15 minutes, I'm missing the Badger game and I notice that another hotel worker is just standing there at the second check in desk doing nothing. Another hotel worker approached him and talked to him and they continue to stand there looking at the hotel guests with these unfriendly faces. Another 10 minutes another hotel worker pops out of a door and had a look like a deer in headlights as she came out of the door. Well, she must of got scared cause I see her frantic look as like a mouse will run at the first sign of trouble, she did the same. Turned around scared and went back in the door she had popped out of. Another 5 minutes goes by and I'm almost to the counter. Customer in front must have received bad news, cause he stormed off looking upset. At that moment the female hotel worker pops back out, this time like she had got mentally prepared to face whatever had scared her off. She proceeded to walk past everyone like she wanted to help, but didn't know what to do. At this point, it was finally my turn and I step up to the front desk agent that had been assisting the long line of customers. Well, the original hotel worker that had stood in front of everyone the longest doing nothing finally said, "can I help whose next?" I about lost it on the one worker who had been assisting everyone else. I said to him, "are you serious? I've been waiting for 15 minutes and he finally decides to help someone?" The agent I think was intimidated by the other co-worker, cause he gasped and had no answer. So now that was over, I proceeded to park in the garage with their instructions. Well, my room key was supposed to access the garage, it didn't.... I took a ticket and proceeded to drive in being told that the access to the hotel was level c and d. Well, the Hyatt shared this garage with multiple other businesses and almost every space that was open was reserved for other businesses. Finally, after driving the whole garage, found parking no where near an access point to the hotel. Not a great start to a check in process and missing my Badger game..... Hats off to the housekeeping of this property. They should seriously be rewarded for how clean this room was. I was very impressed. I've stayed at hotels that are lot more expensive and higher rated and weren't as clean as the mini suite I had. I would stay here again, just wouldn't be thrilled to go through there check in and parking process again.
