  • This review is for the Corporation, not this facility. I attempted to make an online account to look up how much I spent for tax year 2016. After 2 account creations, and 3 people handing me off to the next person in calls, I was told that you can only see what you paid ONLINE, on their website. Since I had never paid on line, there would be no info. The alternative presented was that I could pay $6.50 for them to tell me what I had spent. This was after a Lengthy wait for the last operator, too. This seems to me to be one cheap assed company. The people that I have encountered at their labs seemed as overworked as their operators.
