I can honestly say this Home Depot is one of the worst run. The associates are nice at the pro and front desk, but delivery and inventory has much to be desired. At least 4 times I have ordered materials online that say they have plenty in the store and I have gotten a call the next day "oh the whole pallet is broken" or "we didn't have it someone made a mistake".
When I ordered a washer/dryer combo, I asked if they could be stacked on each other. Delivery came, they said they cannot legally stack without a stacking kit. Sales associate never mentioned or suggested this. How am I supposed to know about stacking kits? It's not like I buy a washer/dryer combo all the time.
Recently I placed a delivery order and asked for it to be delivered Friday. Received a confirmation email..didn't have the date on it, so I called the sales team. The associate I spoke with said no problem it'll be delivered Friday. So Friday came....no delivery of the $2000+ order. I called HD, the sales associate on the phone said the previous associate accidentally put it in for the following Friday and since I called after 12pm they cannot get me on that day. The delivery window I had agreed to in the previous call to set up the delivery said they would come between 9-2...so when 2pm came how was I supposed to know?
When I spoke to the manager he started to tell me his plight of people being already overtime and he couldn't get it out. I am so disappointed in the service and hassle of each time I place an order.
At this point, I am done with this HD!
