  • My son went for an eye exam because they accepted his insurance, he did not ask for a contact lens exam, they charged him $60 for one! After many phone calls and speaking to everyone in the office from reception to biller to manager they still billed him! The original bill was $60 now it's $68???? I might add that staff was very rude and one young lady even use profanity I couldn't believe it I don't know what else to say except stay away from this place when dr. Schmidt was there it was great never had a problem everyone was friendly you could tell that everybody that works here now has an attitude and doesn't like their job very much I give them 1 star I'd like to give them no stars also the frames are so expensive that if he had to pay for his glasses out of pocket they would have cost over $400 he ended up paying $97 out of pocket and chose the cheapest frame they had what a bait and switch not a happy consumer. They have lost our business we will never step foot in there again.
