  • Company name is actually Take The Money and Run. Very tacky that they scan to deposit your check while making promises they never intend to keep. It is not fault if I am told by 6 different people that they would provide a letter stating that the 216 springs put in my door were two large for the weight of the door so it tore the door to pieces needing complete replacement. Month after month of calls saying the letter was coming finally got me to the manager Josh who actually placed me in hold while he called the initial surveyor, Max, and provided education to him that they don't do letters. Seriously! Then came back on the phone and told me he did that. I talked to Mandy, Curt, Max, Elliott and they all said I would get something sent to me that said the springs were too large. Took me 3 months with very sub par service and lies to obtain nothing, but a loud banging door that they were to lazy to come and inspect. Canceling if follow up visits will be the topic for next post. Stay tuned and stay away from this poorly run company!
