  • This review is for the MU P.O.D. Market. Unfortunately, there was no zero star rating. All semester they have had the worst customer service I have ever had to experience in my lifetime. They rush you when paying. They don't bag your items (even when the amount of stuff you're buying obviously needs a bag). They forget to give you back your cards because they are in a rush. If you ask for a receipt (or a bag) they get offended. In addition, it's pretty blatant that the majority of the workers don't like working there because they talk about how much they hate their job in Spanish (I would know because I am bilingual). I've also had experiences where they talk down about me in front of me as I am paying (just because I ask for a bag or a receipt). Overall, this place is dissapointing to go to when I absolutely have no where else to go for necessities since I live on campus and don't have a car. The cashiers obviously need more training and a lesson in manners. For a service that has ASU's label on it, it's an awfully unprofessional place. Go to any other P.O.D. Market, the other ones will treat you better than this one.
