| - All of the doctors I've encountered are caring and awesome. They take time to explain what's going on with your pet, and you can tell EVERYONE cares about the animals they help at Gateway. I've taken 2 of my cats to Gateway, and each time the kitties are treated wonderfully. One of my cats has fans at Gateway; whenever the doctors see him they call him by name and come over to check on Mr. Biggums. It's a wonderful place, and I will ALWAYS take my animals to Gateway.
Sure, you have to wait, sometimes for more than an hour, but it's a small trade-off for the level of care your animal will receive.
As a side-note, Mr. Biggums needed surgery on badly swollen, and infected, ears. Averages at other vets were well over $500. Gateway's price? $276. That included surgery, meds, him staying there from Saturday afternoon until Monday around 5PM, anesthesia, and 2 follow up visits. I truly can't say enough good things about Gateway.
