  • Called about late check-in and was kidded with on the phone about my name. Person thought I was his buddy kidding with him even when I insisted I was not. Arrived late to check-in and was not given WiFi password. Bed seemed smaller than a queen. Room had faint smoke smell. Toilet moved as you sat down. Shower head was so low I almost hit my head and I'm 5'3. My traveling companion is 5'10. No amenities like hair dryer or refrigerator. Sink missing plug. Only two towels and one washcloth, no hand towels. Soap did not lather and felt rough on skin. Saw a cockroach while brushing teeth and daughter saw one in shower. Upon checkout, I told front desk this and received apology and they will spray. I also believe it said free breakfast, but there was no mention of it to me. Overall, very terrible. I felt like I had to keep my shoes on while walking around. I'm glad I got a really cheap price. Checked today and it was over $140 night. Not even worth what I paid!
