  • I needed to print off a dozen pages of text. $.30/minute to access the internet. They must be on dial up because it took forever to load Gmail. I finally download the document and select the print icon on the print page. Nothing happens, so I hit it again, still nothing. Charges continue to mount. Employee comes over and says "oh, you need to do it this way". It prints one page, which I am charged for. Then I have to do it again...and repay for the first page that I already have. What should have taken less than a minute to access, open and print is now nearing the 10 minute mark. At the end of said task, it costs me $10.00 to access Gmail and print off a dozen pages of text in black and white. Fleecing. Gouging. Will never enter one of these stores again.
