  • Very very very unprofessional, came in for 2 dozen donuts had a list and had to adjust accordingly. First of all Carlos was very rude I started out letting him know we were getting 2 dozen obviously a bigger order gave me sas saying " yes of course you do now pick" while we were picking he was obviously getting impatient but we barely started to tell him what we wanted. I would understand if we were standing there for 5 minutes and didn't know what we wanted. Then when I'm scrolling my list for the next dozen he gives even more attitude saying he has donuts in the oven and we need to be more professional. While this is happening there's a woman in. the back cutting stuff up. Well if you're tending to the donuts why isn't she selling? My fiance and I both work retail and I work on the strip we know how lines can be and how busy you get but you should NEVER blame or take it out on the customer, and to the lady thank you for trying to make the situation better by saying happy New Year I appreciate it happy New Year to you as well
