  • Want to cancel your membership? Good luck. The owner is the only one who has authority to cancel it and she will not call you back. This is my fifth time calling and every time I hear " she's really busy in a meeting, I'll let her know you called". If this place can't manage to provide BASIC customer service, it's not worth the money. OH, and in case any of you were excited about he crossfit box on the bottom floor; your membership no longer covers it. In terms of cleanliness, this place gets a 5/10. Not the worst but they certainly don't make it a priority. The mats are old and worn. Front desk people are hit and miss.
