| - I stay at MandalayBay/Delano about 2-3 times a year. I always walked past this place and told myself one day I would try it. That day came. I will probably keep walking by in the future. We arrived and there was a 5 minute wait, not bad, we did get seated within that 5 minutes. Once seated it was about another 10 minutes before our waitress, who was very nice, came over and asked us what we wanted to drink, by then we were also ready to order. I got the bacon egg and cheese sandwich and my husband eggs over medium, sausage, potatoes and sourdough. We got our food on about 20 minutes. Mine was ok, just your basic breakfast sandwich. Their potatoes though wow, it's like the cap was loose on the paprika bottle and someone dropped it in the frying pan. I like paprika, but this was overkill. My husband on the other hand. Well let's just say I felt really bad because I picked the place. His eggs were not over medium they looked like hard frisbees with brown crispy outer edges like someone forgot them on the grill. You know what else they forgot was cooking? The toast? Yeah it came out served burnt. I am shocked they would send that out to a table. His sausage came in the form of bacon. They left our plates so quickly it took a while fir him to get someone's attention to let them know he had ordered sausage. When he finally did, they brought him a side of sausage. He should have kept his mouth shut, because unlike the eggs and toast these were not over cooked. He cut them open and they were mushy and pink. So maybe breakfast isn't their thing here, maybe they need to hire more people, maybe it was just an off day. Anyhow, I don't think I will be back after that experience.
