rev:text	This place is all about what they cannot do or will do and if they do what you ask they will charge you. I asked for two California Rolls one with no cucumber. When it was brought to the waiter's attention, the waiter took the roll back to the person who made sushi. His resolve was to throw some cucumber on the plate and advise us if we wanted cucumber in the roll we would now have to place it there ourselves even though it was his mistake. During the time at another table a lady ordered a second dish which came with salad. She already had salad and wanted soup. She was told there was no button to subsitute the salad so he would have to charge her for the soup. He then told her on the bright side, the salad she was now getting had a different salad dressing than the previous one she had eaten. Funny how I ordered the tempura and there was a button to charge for teriyaki sauce but no substitution. It was an add on. After getting tired of them telling us and other tables what they could not do, or would not serve, I cancelled the order and left. I remember visiting this place a previous time vowing I would never go back because of the lack of service and making dishes with condiments I wanted or being charged for substitution or straight out refusals to make an item my way. I will NOT be returning to this dump ever again. It is not the staff but someone who has trained them to make no changes or substitutions without charging or at all. It is really sad cause the atmosphere is nice but the service really sucks at this place, Do not patronize this type of behavior cause I know I am not going to.
