  • We love stopping into Grandview for some sweets. There are lots of bakeries in the area, but most have a couple really good items and then the rest are mediocre at best. So you might have a favorite place to get donuts, but then the cookies at the same place are awful. There might be another place you'd go for cookies, but not have success with anything else. Grandview isn't one of those bakeries. We've had a variety of items, donuts, cupcakes, cookies, breakfast pastries etc and everything has been really good. The one thing I'm extremely pleased with is the lack of grease on their items. Sometimes I get donuts from other places and my mouth is coated with grease and all you can taste is fryer oil. These donuts taste like donuts, just the way they are supposed to. I also love that they are open later than traditional bakeries and the parking lot across the street is very convenient for parking.
